قبعات التفكير الست" كتاب يهدف إلى التوصل إلى فكرة جوهرية تتعلق بتركيز التفكير وعدم المزج بين الآراء الشخصية والحقائق، والنقد الإيجابي والسلبي، والحدس والإبداع. فالحدس وحده لا يكفي لاتخاذ القرارات. وهناك ضرورة السيطرة على الغضب في اتخذا القرارات. فمن الانفعالات الضارة المعبرة عن اضطرابات النفس انفعال الغضب، ذلك الذي يستبد بصاحبه فيجعله لا يستطيع أن يصدر أحكاماً مدروسة ويتعرف الكاتب لا "الأنا" وأهميتها وكيفية الدفاع عنها واحترامها.
فالعقل هو المرشد الذي يهتدى به، والأحكام الصحيحة لا تقع خارج الذات، بل تنبع منها العقل. في هذا الكتاب تطرق الكاتب إلى عمل خرائط التفكير "Thinking Maps" وهو مصطلح للخرائط التي يجري عليها توزيع أساليب وأنماط التفكير. وتتلون الخرائط وتتنوع بحسب نوع التفكير، وتتحدد الألوان في نهاية المطاف، بحيث تشمل جميع المتغيرات والآراء والحقائق والانتقادات والحدس. ويأتي في النهاية دور صاحب القبعة الزرقاء متخذ القرارات الذي يحل الصراعات ويقوم بإدارة الوقت. ولا يكتفي بوصف الظاهرة أو المشكلة، بل يخلق منها مشروع تصور يحوّل النقد إلى إبداع ويعالج المشكلة كنقطة انطلاق لبداية عمل جديد، فلا يكون له أي وجه شبه واضح مع القرار السابق لمشكلة مختلفة. وهكذا يطمح المدير الناجح إلى إيجاد نقد يعتمد على نقد الإبداع من أجل أن يخلق الإبداع.

Starting off wearing my white hat, this book has only 173 pages and did not take me long to read at all.
Switching to the red hat, I can't say I'm very excited about the collaborative thinking methodology described.
If I were forced into a yellow hat, I'd say there may be some opportunity to use the hats as symbols in regular communication to indicate a certain thinking style is desired.
However, my black hat thinking immediately suggests that mentioning any colour hat to the uninitiated will only lead to endless discussions about the book and the method, and not aid the conversation in any way, thereby voiding any reasons to use the hat in the first place.
Donning my green hat, perhaps this method would be more useful if taught in a workshop setting together with peers, so that the ideas can immediately be applied to real challenges.
Hats po cheese: some people will love this book, others will say it stinks.
In closing, under the protection of the blue hat, I can conclude I think the methodology described in the book is mildly interesting, but hardly as earth shattering as it is made out to be.

I came across this method of thinking a long time ago but not learning it in a proper way.
Six Thinking Hats is a method to simplify thinking by allowing a thinker to deal with one thing at a time.
It also allows a switch in thinking by using different colors of thinking hats.

So annoying! If anyone in an actual business meeting told me to pause and put my green thinking hat on I would literally immediately take it off done my red hat and lash into them with a tirade of the stupidity of it all. What are we kindergarteners? Are we so bad at thinking and creative collectivity that we need to label hats to make sense of one another and listen to one another? Can't we use our own ability as coordinating social creatures to approach problems on our own from different angles and different vantage points? Do we need a book that is less than 200 pages and probably could have been written in two tell us how to do this? Really guys? What kind of business world do we live in?

في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي خرج إدوارد دي بونو بنظريته المبتكرة عن القبعات ... قبعات التفكير الست...
يتحدث دي بونو عن مشكلات حلقات النقاش والتفكير، والتي تتلخص في معظم الأحيان في اتخاذ نمط تفكير واحد أو وجود صدامات، بسبب اختلاف أنماط التفكير في حالة وجود أكثر من مشارك...قد تطغى على جلسة العصف الذهني روح التفاؤل والتي تجعل من القرار الصادر حلماً عسير المنال، أو يسيطر على الحضور التفكير العاطفي؛ فيخرج القرار متهوراً، وقد تسود الجلسة خلافات حادة بسبب اختلاف التوجهات، فتخرج بلا شيء...
بالطبع التفكير ليس موضوعاً سهلاً؛ إنما هو مهارة تحتاج إلى التدريب وإلى النية، فلو نويت أن تكون مفكراً يمكنك ذلك تماماً كما لو تظاهرت بالابتسام فلربما تصبح أكثر سعادة.
دي بونو يطرح هنا طريقة مسلية تجعلك أو من ينضم إليك في التفكير تتقمص دور 6 شخصيات مختلفة، كل منها ترتدي ـ افتراضياً ـ قبعة ذات لون مختلف... فالقبعة البيضاء هي قبعة العقل والعقلانية، قبعة الحقائق والمعلومات فحسب، وبناءً على ما تحوز من معلومات تستطيع أن تخرج بأفكار. والقبعة الحمراء هي قبعة القلب والعاطفة، حيث تنحي القبعة البيضاء جانباً وتسير في عكس الاتجاه مع مشاعرك...
الأسود والأصفر هما قبعتا التشاؤم والتفاؤل، أو السلبيات والإيجابيات، حيث تكملان بعضهما البعض ما بين النقد البناء والمخاطرة الكاملة، بعدهما يأتي دور القبعة الخضراء حيث الخروج من الصندوق والتفكير الإبداعي... التفكير الابتكاري...
وينهي دي بونو تجربته الفكرية المثيرة بقبعته الزرقاء ليستخرج أفضل ما حوت القبعات الخمس... الزرقاء هي قبعة التخطيط، والتحكم في المدخلات والنتائج، واستخلاص الأفكار المفلترة...
أسلوب القبعات الست هو تمثيل وتقمص لدور ما؛ فبمجرد أن ترتدي قبعة ما فإنّك تتقيد بالدور المطلوب منك ومنها، ولذلك فالقيمة الأولى لقبعات التفكير هي تحديد الأدوار، خاصةً وأنَّ من أهم معوقات التفكير: الدفاع عن الأنا المسئولة عن غالبية الأخطاء العملية للتفكير. وعليه؛ فإن القبعات تتيح لنا أن نفكر ونقول أراءنا دون تجريح الأنا تماماً، كما لو ارتديت زي المهرج، حينها تستطيع تمثيل دوره دون أن تشعر بأية مهانة أو انتقاص.
اختيار الألوان كان لسهولة الحفظ والربط بالمعنى المراد من القبعة، حيث الأبيض هو رمز الموضوعية والحيادية .. الحقائق والأرقام .. ببساطة هو لون غياب الألوان، بينما الأحمر هو لون الغضب والغيظ والعواطف. الأسود هو لون الحزن والسلبية، أما الأصفر فيرمز للإشراق والإيجابية والتفاؤل. الأخضر يعبر عن النمو والخصوبة والابتكار والإبداع، وفي النهاية الأزرق هو لون التحكم المنظم لعملية التفكير ... هو لون السماء التي تعلو كل شيء.
أولا القبعة البيضاء
القبعة البيضاء تمارس دور الكومبيوتر من حيث استخدام الأرقام والحقائق مجردة دون جدال. لكن خطورة استخدام هذه القبعة يكمن في إمكانية الحصول على كم كبير من المعلومات ربما يصعب حصرها وتحليلها، وبالتالي يجب تحديد المتطلبات في أسئلة محددة. تستخدم هذه القبعة في المحكمة، حيث يهتم المحامي بالتأكد من المعلومات الحاصل عليها من الشهود (يتم فصل الحقائق عن التفسيرات)، ولذلك يقل استخدام هذه القبعة في السياسة، حيث لا وجود لرأيك أو رأيي.
مثال صغير على القبعة البيضاء يظهر حين نقارن بين الاجتماعات في الغرب؛ حين يجلس المشاركون وكلٌ منهم معه وجهة نظره، ومن يصمد أمام النقد ينتصر، أما اليابانيون فيدخلون دون أفكار مسبقة ويلبسون جميعاً القبعة البيضاء.
ملحوظة هامة: القبعة البيضاء تستبعد الحدس والأحكام المبنية على الخبرة والأحاسيس والانطباعات، لكنها تستخدم كلمتي "على العموم" و"بشكل عام"، وكذلك تأخذ في الاعتبار الحالات الخاصة (البجعات السوداء).
ثانيا القبعة الحمراء
تلعب دور المفكر العاطفي؛ حيث تفتح المجال للعواطف والأحاسيس بدون الحاجة لأية مبررات (ببساطة هي غير موضوعية ولا حيادية)، وتظل العواطف مهمة في اتخاذ القرارات في النهاية، وهي تنقسم إلى محورين:
- خلفية قوية: مثل الخوف والغضب والكره والشك والغيرة والحب.
- الحدس أو الإحساس، وهو نوعان:
o الاستبصار المفاجئ (القادة والعلماء والمستثمرون الذين يستشعرون المواقف).
o الفهم السريع لموقف ما اعتماداً على الخبرة.
من مميزات هذه القبعة: القدرة على الاختفاء خلفها عند الحاجة لرفض تعيين شخص ما، بسبب الغيرة مثلاً، دون التصريح بالسبب الرئيسي ثم القول بأن ذلك مجرد شعور، ولمَّا كانت هذه القبعة فرصةً لإظهار مثل هذه المشاعر؛ لم يعد هناك داعٍ لأن تتدخل العواطف في كل لحظة من الاجتماع.
ثالثا القبعة السوداء
هي المسئولة عن مناقشة المنطق السلبي والنظرة التشاؤمية، الجميع يشعرون بارتياح عند ارتداء هذه القبعة، فدور هذه القبعة دائماً منطقي سلبي وليس عاطفياً، حيث لا تنظر للجانب المظلم .. بل السواد المنطقي (المخاطرة).
هذه القبعة قبعة منطقية لكنها غير عادلة، وهي ليست جدلاً ولا نزاعاً، وإنما تحدٍّ للأرقام والحقائق (حقائق خاطئة أو لا يمكن تطبيقها) والتركيز على نقاط الضعف (أرى خطورة في كذا وكذا).
مشكلة هذه القبعة أنها جذابة ويسهل الانغماس فيها، فهي لا تحتاج إلى مجهود كبير، وإنما فقط تحتاج إلى نقد "موضوعي"، أما النقد من نوعية: "هذا كلام معقد" أو "ساذج" أو "تفكير طفولي"؛ فكله يندرج تحت مظلة القبعة الحمراء.
رابعا القبعة الصفراء
هي قبعة الشمس والتفاؤل والإيجابية وروح المخاطرة. ولكن يجب الحذر من الإفراط في التفاؤل حتى لا تتحول إلى قبعة حمراء، ويجب أن يكون هذا التفاؤل مرتبطاً بدراسات وأسباب موضوعية، ولا يكون مرتبطاً بالشخص الذي يقترح الفكرة (قبعة حمراء مرة أخرى). وبذلك فإنه يمكن الخلاص إلى أن القبعة الصفراء هي التي تقترح أفكاراً، بينما القبعة السوداء هي التي تقيمها وتنقدها.
يجب دوماً استخدام القبعة الصفراء قبل السوداء، فلو حدث العكس وتم تفنيد فكرة ما وإظهار فشلها أو عدم فاعليتها؛ فإنه ستسيطر حينها على الجمع روح سلبية، مما قد يجعل من الصعب النظر إلى مميزات الفكرة فيما بعد عند ارتداء القبعة الصفراء.
خامسا القبعة الخضراء
قبعة الخصب والنماء. حيث التدريب على توليد أفكار جديدة ومبتكرة، وعلى الرغم من صعوبة تحفيز الناس ليكونوا مبدعين؛ يظل من السهل الطلب منهم أن يرتدوا القبعة الخضراء، وأن يطرحوا مدخلات تبدو خضراء، وقد تكون هذه المدخلات بداية لنقطة إثارة أو عبور لفكرة أخرى.
القبعة الخضراء تحمل بعض الحصانة من القبعة السوداء، وذلك حتى تستطيع الفكرة أن تنمو بما يكفي لتتحول إلى فكرة مبدعة. فحرية التحرك بعشوائية هو أهم ما يميز القبعة الخضراء، وربما تكون الفكرة وليدة الخطأ (مثل اكتشاف كولومبس لأمريكا).
في الرياضيات نكتفي دوماً بالحل الأول، بينما في الحياة ينبغي البحث عن كل الحلول لاختيار أفضلها، ولا يتم ذلك إلا باستعمال قبعة الأفكار الجديدة أو غير التقليدية.
وتبقى حقيقة أن الإبداع موهبة وشخصية، ولكن يمكن تنميتها كمهارة بالإصرار على استخدام القبعة الخضراء دوماً، والعمل في بيئة تسمح بالابتكار ومناقشة كل الأفكار حتى وإن كانت ساذجة (حمايةً من القبعة الحمراء والسوداء).
سادسا القبعة الزرقاء
هذه القبعة هي قبعة التحكم، حينما نرتديها فإننا نكف عن التفكير، ونركز في الأفكار المطروحة نفسها وكيف ننقيها ونفلترها، فهي مشابهة إلى حد ما لنظرية دراوين (البقاء للأفضل)؛ حيث يتم التعامل مع كافة الأفكار المطروحة لاختيار الأفضل فيها.
هذه القبعة أيضاً هي المسئولة عن تنظيم استخدام القبعات الأخرى، وهي المتحكم الأول في قرار ارتداء قبعة ما أو خلع قبعة أخرى، وهي المسئولة عن الخروج بالاجتماع إلى بر الأمان، وتنظيم تدفق الأفكار، وعدم الخروج عن النظام أو استعمال قبعة غير مسموح بها.
الخلاصة أن قبعات التفكير هي في حد ذاتها فكرة خضراء نابعة من الحاجة الحقيقية لتنظيم تدفق الأفكار، من أجل الحصول على أكبر كم من المدخلات مما يسمح دوماً بالخروج بأفضل نتيجة.

Mindsets
This is a strange book to review and the reason I say that is because, in theory, it sounds like a great process and methodology, but in reality, it is difficult to manage and can be a disaster. The core reason to employ the “Six Thinking Hats” is to comprehensively explore a problem or develop a solution by considering six defined perspectives and giving each appropriate and focused attention to generating decisions/actions/outputs.
The theory and application are such that we put on different coloured hats where each colour relates to a specific characteristic of thinking. This will enable us to approach any problem comprehensively from multiple perspectives. The six thinking hats are:
In meetings, it is often used to agree on a way forward while bringing everyone along on a shared vision. The problem is that the Six Thinking Hats, in my experience, has created more polarisation, endless debate, and been unable to perform as a shared methodology. I have been in meetings where a trained “Six Thinking Hats” consultant has been destroyed and the meeting has ended a shambles. Not only because of the actual framework but because of those that buy into it and those that cannot. It seemed that not only was the problem brought under scrutiny but also the methodology.
Even if we argue that it requires focus, strong management and open-mindedness, the fact that it takes so much effort to get right, is in itself cause for major concern. I would be more inclined to suggest learning this as a leader/manager knowing that they must consider multiple points of view and encourage different perspectives from their team. I agree with and find value in the methodology but its application is not suited to all scenarios. The notion of role-playing with different hats may work in some environments, but none that I’ve been in.

اگر فقط فصل دومش که معرفی کلاهها و کاربرد هرکدوم رو به اختصار توضیح داده و سه صفحه هم بیشتر نیست، رو بخونید، کفایت میکنه و با نخوندن بقیه ش چیزی رو از دست نمیدید چون بقیه ی فصلها نشخوار دوباره و چندباره ی همین یک فصله...

This is a very easy read and provides a good simple approach for exploring ideas and problems through thinking from different perspectives in a structured manner. There are six hats, each of which have different characteristics:
- White Hat: facts, figures, information
- Red Hat: emotions and feelings, hunch and intuition
- Black Hat: devil's advocate, negative judgement
- Yellow Hat: optimism, positivity
- Green Hat: creativity
- Blue Hat: controlling of the hats and thinking, orchestration
The idea of the hat is that a person will put on or be asked to put on a hat and to express a view from that perspective. This gets people thinking in different ways and since it is play-acting people are more willing to express views from under the security of the hat that otherwise may be left unsaid.

The best value for this book is to apply it to your own thinking. Swap hats and look at a problem or an opportunity from multiple angles to improve your own decision making.

بهرتني فكرته تقسيم أنماط التفكير لست قبعات متنوعة مختلفة
لكن عند تطبيقها في محور واحد وجدت اني أحول عقلي لألة
لا عيب في تنظيم التفكير لكن
تحويلة الي ألة ببرنامج محدد
ليست أنا
أحب أن أفكر بقلبي تارة وعقلي تارة
وأدمجهما تارة أخري
بدون قيود

i have discovered that i am most critical when it comes to rating self-help books, and this one is not an exception - i think it’s a very interesting concept but some things in the book are a lil outdated (as expected)

شعور رائع أن تنهي يوما مليء بالمهام
والواجبات بكتاب جميل مثل هذا ، والأجمل
أن تجد في الكتاب نصائح تلامس حاجتك
فعليًا .
إن كنت ممن ينجز العديد من المهام في
وقت واحد ( مثلي ) فاحذر بأن هذا التزاحم
بالمهمات يؤدي إلى تزاحم الأفكاروالعواطف
وقد يكون هذا فعلا أحد أهم الأسباب التي

كتاب جميييل جدا و مفيد و ممتع .. بهرني بفكرة القبعات و قدرتها على تغيير محور الحديث و المناقشات بمرونة و سلاسة و بدون أي مشاكل او استثارة للخلافات و الانفعالات و ردود الفعل الحادة
وقع في يدي نسخة الكترونية بمحض الصدفة و لكني بصدق سعيدة بتلك الصدفة جداااااا
منهج هام جدا لاقراره بكل الشركات و المؤسسات .. فعال جدا في الاجتماعات و اعتقد أنه قد يؤثر على الحالة السياسية التي تمر بها البلاد قد يحولها 180 درجة للأفضل.. المبدأ أن نتفق على اختلاف طرق تفكيرنا و ضم وجهات نظرنا في مجموعات.. ليتضح لنا في النهاية أننا جميعا متفقون و جميعا لدينا أفكارا السلبية و الايجابية و الابداعية و العاطفية و الواقعية و لكن المشكلة تكمن في وقت الطرح و طريقة الطرح.. في حين أنك ايجابي أكون أنا سلبية و عليه نتصادم.. و فكرة القبعات تمحو أي طريق لذلك التصادم بمنتهى الأدب و الرقي و الاسلوب العلمي البارع

قبعات التفكير الست هي أداة ابتكرها إدوارد دي بونو، وهي تقنية بسيطة وفعالة لتحفيز التفكير الإبداعي وحل المشكلات. تعتمد هذه التقنية على تقسيم عملية التفكير إلى ستة "قبعات" لكل منها لون ووظيفة محددة، بحيث يقوم كل فرد في الفريق بارتداء "قبعة" معينة والتفكير من منظورها.

April 3, 2012ترتكز العملية الإبداعية على أمر هام جداً وهو نمط التفكير عند الإنسان وأسلوب تعامله العقلي والفكري مع مجريات الأحداث وشؤونه المختلفة .
ولقد حاول بعض العلماء أن يتعمقوا في دراسة وتحليل العملية التفكيرية عند الإنسان وسعوا إلى تنميطها وتقسيمها حتى يسهل التعامل معها , ومن أشهر العلماء الذين قاموا بهذه الدراسات الطبيب البريطاني (( إدوارد دي بونو )) والذي استفاد من معلوماته الطبية عن المخ في تحليل أنماط التفكير عند الإنسان حتى ابتكر طريقة (( القبعات الست ))
وخلاصته الدراسة أن التفكير عند الإنسان مقسم إلى ستة أنماط , ورمز لكل نمط بقبعة ذات لون محدد يلبسها حسب طريقة تفكيره في تلك اللحظة

1- توضيح وتبسيط التفكير لتحقيق فعالية أكبر
2- التحول من عرضية التفكير إلى تعمد التفكير
3- المرونة في تغيير التفكير من نمط إلى أخر

وتستخدم لجمع الحقائق والمعلومات والخطط وقاعدة البيانات ودراسة جوانب المشكلة والتحضير لها. ومستخدمالقبعة البيضاء يسأل مثل هذا السؤال (( ما المعلومات التي تريدها؟ , وكيف سنحصل عليها؟ , ما هي الأسئلة التي نريد طرحها؟ )) القبعة البيضاء يوجه الانتباه إلى المعلومات المتوفرة وغير المتوفرة
2- القبعة الحمراء وتستخدم في (( المشاعر )) .
وهو الذي يغطي المشاعر والعواطف والحدس والجوانب الأخلاقية والإنسانية في المشكلة. ومستخدم هذه القبعة يقول (( هذا هو شعوري نحو الموضوع ! )) .
3- القبعة السوداء وتستخدم في (( الحيطة والحذر )) .
هذه هي قبعة الخوف والحذر والتشاؤم والنقد والحيطة والتفكير في الأخطار أو الخسارة. وهذا الشيء مطلوب عند اتخاذ القرارات.وهو من أكثر القبعات فائدة.وصاحبه يسأل مثل هذا السؤال (( كم نسبة ربح هذا المشروع ؟ )) .
4- القبعة الصفراء وتستخدم في (( التفاؤل )) .
قبعة يعتبر لابسها ذو رؤية منطقية وتفاؤل والتفكير في عمل وفوائد الموضوع المطروح للنقاش وتحري بعض النتائج والاقتراحات المفيدة والجدوى الاقتصادية. ويمكن لصاحب القبعة الصفراء أن يسأل (( ما هي الفوائد؟ ومن هو المستفيد؟ )) .
5- القبعة الخضراء وتستخدم في (( الأفكار الجديدة والإبداعية )) .
هي قبعة التفاؤل والإبداع والنمو والطاقة والاقتراحات والبدائل والاحتمالات والنظر إلى الجوانب الإيجابية واستغلالها. وصاحب هذه القبعة يسأل (( هل هناك بدائل إضافية ؟ )) .
6- القبعة الزرقاء وتستخدم في (( الحكم )) .
قبعة التفكير والتحكم والتقييم والنظر في الأشياء بطريقة ناقدة بناءة وهي قبعة جدول أعمال التفكير وصاحب هذه القبعة يمكن أن يسأل (( ما هي الأولويات ؟ ماذا استفدنا حتى هذه اللحظة؟والقبعة الزرقاء يمكن أن نبدأ به لتحدد أنواع القبعات وتسلسلها .

The Six Thinking Hats is a technique that can be utilized in both business meetings and day-to-day decision making. It is claimed to organize meetings to best reach an agreeable decision. The ideas can be summarized as follows.
First, contributors should adhere to the rules of the game, which is usually organized by the lead or chairperson. This approach of planning out how the meeting should be conducted is done under the blue hat thinking. This is where the person in charge (metaphorically a choreographer or a conductor) draws the map into how the discussion should be. Afterwards, he/she will ask the contributors to put on either of the remaining hats and act accordingly.
The second hat is the white hat. This hat allows the discussers to only talk about facts and numbers. Speaking of emotions is not allowed here unless it is the emotions of potential customers noted out from a survey, then it would be treated as facts.
The third hat is the red one, which as the color implies, is the part of the discussion where people are allowed to express their emotions.
The fourth hat is the black hat where the team is expected to look into things with criticism. In other words, being pessimistic about how different aspects could lead to various inflicting consequences.
The fifth hat is the yellow hat which I find it to be the complete opposite of the black hat. It is more likely to look at the bright and shiny side of the course of action. Typically, it is an optimistic view of how things could turn into our favor. It is quite simple to remember these two hats as the colors of the bees. Bees exterior holds both yellow and black colours to give an insight of how we should decide with both mindsets.
Last but not least is the sixth hat, the green one, which is the color of freshness and newness. This includes but is not limited to creativity and innovation, yet the ideas herein does not have to be entirely new, rather it could be an idea looked at from a different perspective.
To sum up, the idea behind this methodology is to differentiate the way we think about different matters from all of these viewpoints. People most likely argue about a certain proposal from one point of view depending on their personal inclinations. Therefore, by applying this technique, arguers will be able to address all sides of the discussion fairly in order to be able to reach a mutual agreement.
Despite the fact that this method is logical and sound, the implementation of this technique may not prove to be feasible. During arguments, people are less likely capable of shifting their mindset from the argument in hand to the way they should be arguing. This by itself will seize the natural progress and will waste valuable time. Therefore, it has been found to be impractical in various encounters in spite of the fact that this book has sold millions of copies and numerous renowned businessmen, such as Richard Branson, has mentioned it to be inspiring.
In conclusion, this book is not a conventional human empowering book, rather it is a management scheme defined in quite a long essay of 177 pages. I would suggest you, dear reader to read a summary of this book (reviews here are more than enough) and not take much of your time reading it although it is a quick read.

أجد الكتاب مفيد جدا على الرغم من عدم تقبلي المحتوى كاملا لصعوبة تعاملي وفهمي لما يتعلق بعلم النفس
ولكنه فتح بصيرتي على أشياء مهمة أحب أن اتمرس عليها أكثر
أسهب المؤلف في ذكر شروحات وأمثلة لكل قبعة بحيث يتأكد من فهمنا لكل واحدة منهن وعدم خلطنا في الأفكار الواقعة تحت أحدها ونسبها للأخرى
القبعات:
اللون الأبيض = يدل على الحيادية (حقائق خالصة)
اللون الأحمر = لون المشاعر ويعبر عن الأفكار العاطفية بدون ذكر التبريرات
اللون الأسود = الأفكار السلبية والانتقادات
اللون الأصفر = لون الإشراق ويعني الأفكا�� الإيجابية
اللون الأخضر = لون النمو والتجديد ويرمز للتفكير الإبداعي
اللون الأزرق = تنظيم التفكير (السيطرة على بقية الألوان)

Well, de Bono does rather like himself continually reminding us of his creations including the term "lateral thinking", but don't let that stop you from reading and understanding the six thinking hats directly from him.
I've seen the concept used in ways it was not designed to be (calling someone a "yellow hat thinker" for example. The idea is that we ALL use all the hats) and the concept is easy to understand although does take practice to administer.
If it has been a while since you have read this, or learnt about the method, I'd suggest having a read as you may find a really good use for six hat thinking at home, or work.

کتابی که حتما دوباره میخونمش
هرگز فکر نمیکردم که خوندن درباره فکر کردن انقد کیف بده و جذاب باشه
فکر کن که یه نفر بهت ابزاری بده برای وقتایی که تو شرکت یا موقعیتهای مهم داری به موضوع مهمی فکر میکنی و نقشهای برای مسیرت ترسیم میکنی!
نکته امیدوار کننده اینه که خواهرم تو مدرسه در مورد این کتاب و تکنیک یاد گرفته...یعنی میتونیم به آینده مدارس امیدوار باشیم؟

I slogged my way through this book with much effort despite its abbreviated length. The core concept is an interesting one, and it involves a process to make meetings, brainstorming, and all sorts of collaborative efforts more organized and productive by helping the participants better organize the way they think so as not to get bogged down with unrelated minutia while trying to focus on another specific segment of the issue at hand.
Instead of anyone bringing up any sort of argument (logical, emotional, factual, cautious, etc.) at any time, the Six Hats method allows all participants the opportunity to don a metaphorical “hat” of a certain color in order to purposefully focus on a specific type of thinking while temporarily putting up a blockade to any other sort of reasoning.
White hat thinking focuses on facts and figures, red hat thinking is purely emotional with no need for justification, the black hat represents caution, the yellow hat accentuates the positive, green is the hat of creativity and moving forward, and the final hat is blue, representing organization and order.
As I said, it’s not a bad idea. This book just really repeatedly clubs you over the head with it, explaining how it works so many times (“It’s time we did some [pick a color] hat thinking on this problem…”) as to make a dead horse whinny for mercy.
At its best, this method of thinking and collaborating can be a very effective tool for organizing options, weighing considerations, making decisions and conducting meetings with order and little conflict. At its worst it can be used just to shut someone up and confound them so that by the appropriate time for airing grievances they’ve completely had the wind taken out of their sails: “Gary, I appreciate what you’re saying, but what we really need now are your green hat ideas. We will get to the red and black arguments at a later time (like when you’re in the bathroom).”
In my opinion, despite how short the book is, it could have been much shorter. This is a handout or PowerPoint presentation’s worth of material inflated with the author’s ego (If I had to read about one more term he coined or is now in the dictionary…) and overly reiterated simply to fill a 173-page book and slap a $14.99 list price on it.
Don’t get me wrong—I disliked reading it but I’m glad I did. I actually came across references to white- and black-hat thinking in a journalistic piece I read two or three days ago, and I knew what those terms meant without having to Google them. It wasn’t a total waste. I’m sure there will inevitably come a day when I will be asked to don my green hat to help arrive at a solution. And now I’ll know better what’s expected of me in that situation.
Did I mention I’m a skeptic and a bit of a tough sell on adopting new ideas? Oh well. Maybe these hats will grow on me in time…

Six Thinking Hats is a good read if One is interested in improving ones thinking skills, both at work and outside. De Bono has tried to guide in a,common sense approach ad to how to fine tune and cultivate thinking skills by donning the six Colored hats just as an actor will play different roles at different situations. These hats are by White (one looks at information, data) , Red ( intuition, emotional /feeling part ) Black ( cautious, looking at issues /challenges, negative assessment) , yellow (possibilities , positive side, positive assessment ), green ( growth/creativity/new ideas/alternatives) and blue hat (control, oversight, choreographer, photographer, customised thinking software, etc).
Learning and practising the six hats/thinking roles as fits the situation, will improve our odds of success to a great extent. Moreover, these skills need to be cultivated from young age so that as adults, changing hats at occasions becomes natural and automatic.

این کتاب دیدِ کلی تری برای تفکر در بابِ مسائل به انسان می دهد. ما اغلب از یک زاویه و دیدگاه به مسائل می نگریم و از زوایای دیگر چشم می پوشیم و معمولا هم از تصمیم خود پشیمان می شویم و تازه کار را که شروع می کنیم میفهمیم چه تصمیم های غلطی گرفتیم.
این کتاب به ما یاد می دهد وقتی می خواهیم کاری انجام دهیم یا تصمیمی بگیریم از شش دیدگاه که آنهارا جهت های جغرافیایی می نامند به شرایط نگاه کنیم؛
کلاه سفید: یعنی ما اطلاعات خام را درنظر بگیریم.
کلاه زرد: دیدگاه خوش بینی، یعنی ما فقط عواقب خوب را در نظر بگیریم.
کلاه قرمز: دیدگاه احساسات و شور و شوق، یعنی ما با احساساتمان تصمیم بگیریم.

Fascinating book on how to run group meetings that stimulate a more creative basis than an argumentative/ prove the other person wrong way of thinking. Overall I like the approach however I think it would be hard for an entire company to buy into it. I feel like the white (facts), red (emotions), yellow (positive), and black (critical) hats all make sense and having a set time to discuss each way of thinking would be good. However the green (creative) and Blue (thinking about thinking) hats were a bit more confusing and are much harder to differentiate from the others. Overall interesting read but I would just find a summary of it online instead of wasting your time reading the full 170 something pages.

برای کسی مثل من که همیشه دوست دارم مهارت تفکر خودم رو ارتقا بدم کتاب خوبی بود. تا حالا نشده استفاده واقعی از این تکنیک رو امتحان کنم یا جایی ببینم ولی مطمئن هستم که ایده کلی کتاب خیلی بهم در آینده کمک خواهد کرد تا یک فرایند تفکر موثر و مثمرثمر داشته باشم.
خوندنش رو به کسانی که درگیر مشکلات مختلف هستند توصیه می کنم.
