A very worthwhile book / methology for creating your future. I love the simplicity and the lack of religious stuff, I think that would appeal to a lot of people. I think if I had to choose only two books on this subject! This would be one of them. The other would be one of Neville Goddards.
Once you've practiced the technique a few times you will notice the inner changes it brings about in your consciousness. After all, the outer is only a reflection of that. I don't think this book goes into all that stuff though, just as well, there are enough of them that do.

Simple straightforward book for creating a better future using timeline therapy techniques. The metaphoric aspect makes it a quick read.
