Creating a cityb Civil Engineering that has led the evolution of urban civilizationWhere there is no sewer to discharge feces, where there is no electrical power supply to the electronics or computer, or where there is no power line for the lamp, where there are no wires to carry telephone calls or Internet messages, no roads to drive the vehicle, Place where there is no leg crossing river. Imagine if we live in these places. Do you want to live in such a place? You will definitely say "no." I would not want to imagine life without this infrastructure. You will see the road every day, and sometimes youve seen railroad tracks. Perhaps youve seen power electric wires on a wooden pole. However, some infrastructures are hard to find in cities or towns where we live. Drain pipes and power lines are usually buried behind the walls or underground. Power plants that supply electricity to homes can be in entirely different cities or far away. The reservoir that supplies the water that we eat is also generally hidden on a hill far from the dwelling.How the infrastructure developed is from the time when mankind first settled down in the cave, The history of human development can be seen. This is a picture of science, mathematics, and industry that have contributed to the environmental improvement that we are currently living in. As you read this book, I hope you will appreciate how invisible infrastructure contributes to our lives.
