Немного картинок, немного спорных советов, немного поверхностной информации. С оговорками подойдёт в качестве самой первой книги для тех, кто про собак не читал вообще ничего. Если после прочтения желание завести питомца не пропадает — необходимо искать более качественные источники информации.

This book makes me happy because look how cute Shibas are!!! My dog is part Shiba, so I thought I'd read a little bit about the breed to see if it could give me any insight into his quirks. Unfortunately, this book spent a lot of time explaining the appearances of the dogs, particularly what is required to show them, which is something I don't care about. I did learn a little bit about the breed, but it's definitely not as comprehensive as it could be.

It has useful information regarding Shiba Inu, but the majority of the information is standard dog owner info. Not necessarily breed specific. The pictures are really nice though.

An average book regarding the breed- very generalized- very basic information, much of which could be applied to the any breed.
