I never used to believe in fairytales or the idea that love conquers all until I met Johnny Bauer on my first night of college. He was the quarterback, pre-med, and undeniably handsome. I couldn't understand how I managed to win his heart, but my life felt perfect with him by my side.
However, everything changed when Johnny received a phone call that took him away from me. I was devastated and withdrew from everyone around me. It was thanks to my boss, Rick, that I was able to keep going. I didn't realize it then, but Rick had been in love with me all along, and eventually, I fell for him, too. Together, we built a wonderful life.
But even though I thought I had moved on, a sudden accident brought me face to face with my past. It made me question whether I had truly let go of Johnny and whether I was ready to move forward.

This book was great! It got me back into reading again. I couldn’t put it down.

So Kathleen know how to getting you in all your emotions. I fell in love with Johnny. Then he was ripped away. And I when thu the whole grieving progress with Emmy. The we fall head over for Rick with the way he is there. Then BAM Kathleen throws another cover ball and we have to find out who she is going to chose. I won't tell you who she picks but you will fall in love just like I did. I love how this upcoming author will give you a taste of different romance genres with each of her books.

Extremely proud of my niece for writing this book! While not my favorite genre, it takes a lot of courage and hard work to be an author. The book had many interesting twists and turns and held my attention to the end! Looking forward to seeing what she writes next!

4++ Stars ⭐⭐⭐✨ SWAY is a fascinating story about Emmy Parrish and the loves of her life. It’s an emotional journey that will tear your heart apart but eventually piece it back together again. It’s a bumpy road with its many ups and downs and some pretty wicked twists and turns, but you are going to love every bit of it, even the parts you hate. Come along for this ride of a lifetime, at least it’s Emmy’s life, in this fast-paced, hard-to-put-down tale of love, loss, and redemption. You’ll be so glad you did.

Sweet and good read!
