Reese Link is a Maine seacoast small town police officer. The only female in the department.
Reese originally joined solely to avenge her brother's death, a case still not solved but as time went on she learned the ins and outs of detective work and was instrumental in solving many cases.
When a couple of young kids got stranded during a storm, they took shelter in a nearby lighthouse to wait out the weather. While exploring, they ran into a few strange surprises, and the police were called. Reese and her male partner had to work hard and have each other's backs to solve this one. Book 4 of a series.

I’m offering my proofreading services to this author. @mollyblack seriously. This book had some many versions of Officer Clay Curtis’ name it made me nuts. Reese would introduce herself with her last name and then him with his first. It was ridiculous how many times in this short book that happened. Also what the heck is a “smile like rancid peanut butter”??? How does that look? And can peanut butter go rancid?? Really?? I doubt it.

Received a free copy in exchange for an honest review. When a couple find a dead body in a lighthouse. Reese Link must go in search for the killer. With no leeds to start with she must learn all she can before he strikes again. Another fantastic book in the series. Each unique and kept me hooked from page 1
