Best $0.25 I’ve spent so far this year. This 1967 relic reminds the reader that the best way to be nonconformist is really just to be yourself. Because even while trying to be different, original, loud, or funky, you’re really just like everybody else.

A terrific period piece. I bought this at a garage sale when I was a child. It’s still charming, with wonderful artwork. The fact that the author was in high school when she created it is is amazing. I think reading this book in my early life influenced the type of artwork that I like.

Fun, 2 minute read making fun of nonconformists aka hippies. It reminds me of today's critique of the "basic bitch" and hipsters; you could change a few details and the title to "How To Be a Hipster" and it would work perfectly. Nice artwork with a simple style that suits the time period.

I inherited this book from my aunt who passed away a long time ago. EVERYONE should read this book and take it to heart. Revel in it.

I first read this book in 1968 or so. It's still true and funny.
