Mr. Mullin is a graduate of St. Louis University and received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1973. He served in the U.S. Army for almost seven years, first as an infantry officer and later as an officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. After the Army he was a Federal law enforcement agent and currently provides training in firearms usage and associated subjects to local law enforcement agencies. In addition to his writing career Mr. Mullin practices law in St. Louis.
