Establish cooperative learning groups

Rate this book
Establish cooperative learning groupsTeam building is the process by which four students with different backgrounds and experiences create a cooperative team. Everyone has a desire for belonging, and the sense of belonging is connected with the need for intimacy. Therefore, we need a small group like the group. The most important thing in setting up a team is breaking unnecessary barriers and getting to know each other. Team building activities must be done when the team is first formed, especially at the beginning of each grade or group. A few minutes of group-building activities can create a more energetic, positive and effective learning environment. Through this book, students will develop the ability to engage with others appropriately in a given situation, such as how to support a group of friends, and how to work with unfamiliar friends. It will also be a good guide for teachers who acknowledge each others diversity and plan meaningful lessons that can interact in depth while respecting the value of oneself and the other.
