Obviously not something someone would read for the fun of it, altho it was written in a way that was interesting and kept you involved in the subject. I learned a lot from it and apply it daily as a Shop Steward!

Brilliant, extremely helpful in teaching me how the grievance procedures work, and arbitration.
If you want to learn more about the nuts and bolts of having a union in a workplace like I did, get this book, it spells everything out perfectly.
