A beautiful, approachable cookbook with lots of great recipes and ideas. The lobster on the cover made me expect a highly New England-ish cookbook with many recipes that would not be possible outside of that region; that’s not the case at all.
A very useful (and flexible) cookbook. Almost every recipe ends with 3 or 4 variations on a theme. I felt very encouraged to experiment and get creative, to see these recipes as a great starting point. Incredible brownies--the kids in my youth group ate them all up in about 5 minutes. I love a cookbook with lots of beautiful and colorful pictures; Stonewall definitely delivers. Casual and elegant presentation. A good addition to the kitchen.
They did it again - more tasty recipes from the Stonewall kitchen. This book is more casual than the last and offers many different suggestions or variations for each recipe. It's more centered around jazzed up comfort food and trust me - you will want to eat every page!!!!
Really good cookbook with great pictures and updated recipes for old family favorites. There is a great recipe for seafood stew that is just incredible.
