You can learn all about Taylor Swift in this awesome book filled with pictures and tons of fun facts! Taylor Swift has wanted to be a star since she was six years old. It was difficult, but she never gave up on her dream. Today, she is one of the biggest names in pop and country music.
“Taylor Swift Her Song” is a biography about the singer/song writer Taylor Swift. It details her life starting with her childhood in Pennsylvania and ending with her current day fame. The book has many artistic elements that add to the “girly” feel of this book. At the bottom of each page there is a page number that in enclosed in a pink heart. The beginning of each chapter is similarly highlighted in a wavy pink line. There are flowers, butterflies, and pink and purple swirls all over the pages. Even the real life photographs of Taylor have a soft and feminine look to them. I would recommend this book to girl’s ages 8-10(I). I think they would enjoy the story of Taylor’s life even if they did not enjoy her music. Over the age of 10 might find the book a little too girly and any younger than 8 may not be interested. An interesting detail of the book is Chapter 9 which lists “Just the Facts” as kind of a quick reference of Taylor Swift.
The Taylor Swift book is a brief summary of her life. That is all, a plain boring summary. It is just a bunch of facts listed in paragraph form. You can read this book to find info about taylor, but like I said, that is all you will find. It does have very colorful picture's and desings. It was a short book, maybe arond 30 short pages. If it was longer and had more of a story like structure I would of liked it better. I think people in elementry school would likee to read this book. I do not recomend this book.
A friend sent me this book; it was one they had finished and were passing along to another reader. It is now headed to the Little Free Library at ArtFusion 19464.
This is a fun book for Taylor Swift fans. Maybe new fans that don't know a lot about how she started her career and want to learn more about her. This focuses on her early years starting off as a child in Wyomissing, PA (not far from me at all). We get basic details from then up to her role in the movie Valentine's Day and when she started winning her CMT and Grammy awards. This is before the pop crossover. So if you didn't know she was a country star first, you should read this.
A fun read. I think it would be easy for everyone. It has a fun format that catches your eye.
