"Ghost Cats" is an anthology of 5 stories dealing with cat-shifters. I'll rate each story...
The Revenge by Jaycee Clark - 3.5 stars; Two former lovers reunite to battle the evil that killed their first child and destroyed their happiness.
Rain on the Mountain by Elaine Corvidae - 2 stars; Low rating because this story shouldn't have been in an erotica anthology. It was an urban fantasy murder mystery heavily based on Mayan history and folklore.
Lynx to the Pharaoh by Shelley Munro - 4 stars; A widow learns the meaning of freedom with an Egyptian shifter who guards the treasures of the Pharaoh. HOT

Best Intentions by Mandy M Roth - 2 stars; Sex was hot, but I hated the heroine. Don't think she made a single wise decision in the entire story and the 'Alpha' let her get away with it!
So overall a 3, but a couple of real gems hidden in there too.

Shapeshifters, paranormal romances make up five different novellas which were written by five different authors.
Each story had at least one shapeshifter, who became a big cat. The kind of cat depended on the story itself, and they included a caracal, a jaguar, a panther, and cougars, but there were other shapeshifters, too.
There were different settings in each of the stories; one was set in Egypt, for example.
There were spicy romances in almost all of them, and this reader preferred some more than other, but that is probably personal choice.
There were plenty of WtT trends (smirks, green-eyed characters, etc.); the editing and proofing could have been improved because of missing punctuation marks and missing words throughout the book.

I am short on time. I love it & will reread it many times. It kept me turning pages to know what was happening next!

I enjoyed reading this paranormal romantica anthology. I liked the writing style of the several different authors and I am looking forward to reading more from them individually.
