A handy ideas book for the vulnerable. Probably best if supplemented by a class and exercises. A good gift for first time and or budget world travellers. It will at least give them pause for thought. Even a little forethought and preparation could save your life or the life of someone dear to you.

This little "gem" teaches you how to kick ass! Thankfully I have never had to put it into practice :-)
