I remember loving the diary books as a kid, but they seem to be mainly just first person narrative with the add in of "Can you believe that, Diary?" every now and then to remind you of that fact that it's supposed to be a diary entry

All of the classic Mary Kate and Ashley fun with some camping/hiking mixed in.

Super sad because the deadline for that contest entry was 12/1/02 😭

I first read this when I was younger. It was a great story with an interesting plot and realistic characters.

Mary Kate and Ashley are in Hawaii and Ashley being Ashley gets kicked out on the first day. Weird things start happening and all sorts of wacky stuff occurs throughout the time they spend camping.

I could read this over and over again.

I liked this book a lot. It was about Mary-Kate and Ashley on a wild Hawaiian challenge, Unfortunately Ashley gets kicked out right on day one! Sad and sulking in the hotel Ashley longs for a friend to play with, finally her wish comes alive, but instead of one of her friends coming her annoying, greedy cousin Jeremy Burke gets kicked out! Fancy playing with Jeremy Ugh! Will it ever be boring enough??

Okay now onto Mary-Kate.

Mary-Kate is enjoying the wild Hawaiian challenge but is missing her twin-sister Ashley, but she doesn't have time worry about Ashley she's got problems of her own, according to the guide she has upset the Hawaiian goddess of fire because she took a rock from the volcano of the goddess's and now she's having bad luck, can she fix it??

I am not the biggest fan of the dairy style but this one was a good one. I do wonder what the hotel bill was. I do wonder if they are going to have a holiday with their dad, it seems like they never see him.
