Publishing Planning

Rate this book
Publishing PlanningIt is the first edition of the "Publishing Planning" series. It is a revised version of "The Perfect Publishing Plan". It contains the know-how of publishing planning, foreign planning, editorship, etc. The revised edition adds to the problem of the publishing system that the author felt as he led the Readers Book for nine years, and to the rapidly changing content environment. The author now says that the era of classical editors is over, and editors must change as well. Based on this, the author examines the problems inherent in the current publishing industry and examines the conditions that enable sustainable publishing planning. It presents the vision that editors need and the vision they need for successful publishers. I also have a concrete and practical story about how to plan and edit a book. It emphasizes that failure analysis is the cornerstone of a better book than a success story. Find the hidden needs of the reader, position the book, edit the design, and give the know-how necessary for publishing planning, including points to note when creating the title. He also confesses frankly about the publishers complaints that he struggles to communicate with his readers.
