The recipes are not listed in metric which is annoying for an Australian cook as it means a lot of converting. Knowing the book would sell worldwide (and the fact only one country in the world still uses Imperial measurements) I had hoped the publishers could have provided both imperial and metric for ease of use. The soups had a distinctly American feel, but there are some good recipes, and a few good tips about soup in general.
