Comprehensive book about latest trends in IO psychology. As any other textbook, it's very dry at moments, but it does cover a lot of topics.

If you are interested in learning more about IO psychology, this is a good starting point. Some pages can be skimmed over, as at some points there is a lot of research cited, which if you are reading just to learn something, can be skipped.

It is interesting to see how psychology and management interact to create a productive and efficient work environment. That being said, using psychology to make your workers better at their jobs feels more like a hamster on a wheel than it does morally assistive.
