I’ll give it four stars, just because I think it is a very complete and basic introduction to meditation. It is objective, you don’t waste time with none sense about meditation styles or “opening your inner eye esoteric stuff”. The book teaches you that you can meditate with everything you do and the ways to do it, and I personally find it more useful than some other books I’ve read i
On meditation.
I recommend it, just open your mind to a simple yet complicated way to see the world

The content was lovely and helpful, but I was so distracted by the design of the book I had a hard time absorbing the information. It looked like a catalog rather than a book, and every page had an image of a beautiful woman meditating it was a little silly.
