The work itself captivate us the "American Dream's" failure reasons and women problems as possible as Dreiser could do and he succeeded at this field. Except some minor problems such as lack of characters and even at some point protagonist itself made to rethink about everything, the work worth to read. Despite all this, generally easy-to-read and it may help parents whose main goal to dictate their children's entire life. The end is an absolute pattern of this existence and heavy presence of pressure upon children...
