A prophecy she barely recalls, a mother she never knew, and a love she longs to hold.

Earth witch Lenna Harms has doubled down on her magic studies since solving the complicated murder of a fae woman. Though physically sound and stronger than ever, she grapples with the lasting effects of the harrowing ordeal. Lenna tries to expel the thoughts from her mind to focus on her the struggle with guilt and suspicion after a painful betrayal, an intense romance that no longer seems to be reciprocated, and the fear of battling alone.

However, when she attempts a powerful locating spell, Lenna’s world is drawn back into uncertainty and chaos. A desire to find something or someone Lenna cannot imagine leads her to more questions about her half-fae ancestry she’s only just discovered. With the aid of the man she loves and a charming but dangerous new ally, Lenna must tactfully navigate between enemies on all sides. The pervasive thoughts from her past also grow stronger, rattling her confidence.

If she cannot escape and overcome, Lenna may lose the trail that leads to a prophecy about her birth—and to a reunion with her missing mother—forever.

I would like to start by saying I received an ARC for an honest review.

No plot spoilers below.

This book is such a fun and relaxing read. You will get to see and fall in love with the characters from the previous installment all over again.

These characters are extremely relatable. Most fantasy books give you a character or characters that are out of this world or over the top badass that it's unrealistic to become them. This story has characters that, while they are fantastical, they are also normal people with everyday lives and struggles. This allows you to feel more deeply with them through all of their trials and tribulations. Walk this journey with these characters and you will laugh, love, and cry with them.

This installment in the series will answer questions that you were asking yourself from the first book while giving you even more information and questions that will need answering. You won't be able to put this book down, there is never a dull moment.

Kate Sullivan does an amazing job at building this magical world centered around the real world where the seam between the two is so thin you might just loose track of your own reality. I would recommend this series to anyone that loves a simple fantasy with loveable characters and characters you love to hate.

This series is so cozy! I read Luminous just before this and I find all the characters so relatable and just fun. I liked this book more than the first one and was genuinely upset when I was reaching the end because I wanted to know what happens next, and I wanted more. I can't wait for the third installment and if you enjoy witchy, cozy, supernatural vibes this series is for you!

I look forward to getting a physical copy to add to my collection!

I received a free eARC of this book in exchange for an honest review! Thanks to Kate Sullivan for the copy. This is no way changes my opinion of the book.

I am devouring this series! I absolutely love this!! I feel a love triangle blooming and the vampires in this are great! So glad they were introduced in the second book! I can’t wait to see the main characters grow and the relationships form! This is such a good fast paced read the twists and turns in this a fantastic and the lack of knowing who to trust keeps the main character and the reader guessing the whole time! I love Cole our vampire man and hope it stays that way for me in the next book! And of course love me Liam as well! I totally recommend this series for anyone that loves a good witchy read!

This. Book. First off thank you to Kate for allowing me an ARC. I adored Luminous, so much but Wildflower, takes the cake! Again, another action packed adventure with Lenna, Liam and now a new friend Cole, these characters have captured my heart once again. This story sucks you in from the start, and keeps you on the edge of your seat. . Witches, Fae AND vampires. I don’t need anything else in life. Add this to your TBR ASAP. This was the PERFECT sequel to Luminous and leaves you set up for another book, which trust me, you’ll be wanting! I cannot wait to see what happens next. Well done!

Wildflower, by Kate Sullivan, is the second book in the Solstice Witch series, and it was very good. There was no downtime in this book, we jump right in, which was great. In this book Lenna is looking for her mom, with the help of Liam, but also Cole, who is a mysterious vampire. She is also caught the eye of the vampire and fae kings. There is a lot of twists and turns in this book, and it was hard to put it down. I am hoping we get to know more about Cole in the next book, he seems like an interesting guy. I still really like Lenna and Liams story as well. All and all, very good!

Thank you to the author for the ARC copy.

Once again, Lenna and her friends have stolen my heart. I loved Luminous and Wildflower lived up to all my expectations of a sequel. As someone newer to witch stories, I’ve loved how these stories intertwine witches, vampires, and fae. I think the book ended with a perfect set up for a third book.

I love a good cozy paranormal book with a little mystery and a sprinkle of romance. It was a quick fun read which I really like between heavier fantasy books. I loved how Wildflower left me wanting more without leaving me unsatisfied. Can’t wait to continue this series.

Man another ARC in less than 24 hours. This book definitely pulled me in as the sequel to Luminous. Lenna had yet another adventure in this book to conquer.

She was put through the test and melt more magical creatures along the way. This keeps happening to her and of course with not much background on them either.

It’s hard to put to much out there without spoilers. It’s definitely a must read once it’s released. I honestly didn’t even wanna put it down to sleep since I started reading it after dinner. IT WAS THAT CAPTURING!!

Mark it on your TBR list Today!

I am completely and utterly hooked on this story line. I have to say this was not my normal story type and what I read but I was approached to read the first 2 for a chance to ARC for the 3rd. AND.... let me tell you I am not disappointed. Kate has such an amazing story telling ability and character development. I flew through this book and fell in love with Lenna and her magic. Completely worth the read and watch this author because she is amazing.

Thank you so much to Author Kate Sullivan for an ARC of this book in return for an honest review 💚

Summary: In the second book of The Solstice Witch series, Lenna is still learning how to control her magic and discovering that there are a lot of people who would like to use those powers to their benefit. I’m addition to staying away from those who want to use her powers for evil, she is also working to locate her elusive mother who has been in hiding nearly Lenna’s entire life. Although Liam hasn’t been in contact with her since the Solstice, he resurfaced just as Lenna needs him, and proves that he has her best interests in mind. Together, and with the help of an unlikely ally, they must find a way to stop the power hungry King of Vampires from gaining the power he seeks.

Review: This was an awesome sequel and I love that we picked up right where Luminous left off. It was great to see Lenna embrace her powers and really stay true to who she is. There was the perfect amount of action, intrigue, and tension, while also providing an ending that made me feel confident with how things were left, and simultaneously wondering how things will turn out in book 3!

After reading Luminous which is the first book in this series, I jumped straight into this book and I LOVED it! It was such an amazing continuation of Lenna and Liam's story. It was jampacked with action, so many questions were answered yet not enough at the same time because I NEED book 3 ASAP - Kate did a great job at engaging you and keeping you engaged! As someone who is new to reading fantasy this had all the right elements, and never once did I glaze over while reading - which I really appreciated, the story was easy to follow even though there was a lot going on and it let me enjoy it that much more. It had friendships, family, love, twists and betrayal - and like I said I cant wait to see what happens in the next book.

If you like witches, fae, and vampires all wrapped up in a action packed adventure this is the series for you! Cannot recommend it enough!

Thank you to Kate for sending this ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.

I hadn't heard of the Solstice Witch Novels until I ran across the Author's TikTok account looking for ARCs for Wildflower. The genre and trope were in line with my usual reads, and I was thrilled to volunteer and be given an ARC. I loved this book. So much so that I bought the first in the series (Luminous) just so that I could have the collection (thus far). The story has a great mix of fantasy/magic and modern, making it incredibly easy to follow along and enjoy the characters' journey without tons of world-building, etc. Lenna is a highly relatable MC who continues to grow into her own book after book. Wildflower introduces us to new characters/magical creatures and an ever-expanding world, which opens the series up from its current duology to the potential for a trilogy or more. I highly recommend adding the Solstice Witch novels to your TBR!

Thank goodness I was able to read Wildflower immediately after finishing Luminous because of course I need to know more.

I love that this series is a more cozy type paranormal read than a darker type. Sometimes I don't need a dark heavy read and right now this series if fitting my mood perfectly.

Lenna is learning so much more about who she truly is and her magic. She's also learning that sometimes it's the ones you least expect to trust are the ones that will always have your back.

This authors writing is a true immersive experience as the characters, surroundings, and the story as a whole is so well described that you can visualize it as if watching it on TV. It really feels as if you are transported to this beautiful world she has created.

Yes, this one like book one ends on a cliffhanger and just makes you want to get to the next installment immediately.

Fantastic continuation of Lenna’s story!

Wildflower picks up the spring after the winter solstice in Luminous; and is a fast paced fantasy adventure story.

So many questions that’s were raised in Luminous are answered while simultaneously creating so many more!

The author Kate Sullivan has laid the groundwork for a fascinating magical world with witches, fairies, vampires and who knows what else!

The Solstice Witch series reminds me of Mercedes Lackeys 500 kingdoms series - a cosy fantasy classic that’s a favourite of mine

Can’t wait for the next instalment in the series!

This book was somehow even better than the first one and I loved the first one!! This series is so well written and keeps you engaged the entire time! Her writing is descriptive and makes you feel like you are actually living the story! In this book Lenna is searching for her mother to get answers about the prophecy that is threatening her safety. You also meet Cole in this book a sexy powerful and mysterious vampire! Don’t worry you still get a lot of Liam in this one as well but I smell a love triangle in the future! All my urban fantasy lovers need to read this one ASAP but make sure you read Luminous first if you haven’t yet! 🥰

I was gifted Luminous only about a month ago and fell in love with the characters
It’s such a cozy read and definitely a fun time. This book was no different, in fact it was better
Still super cozy, exciting and there was so much more world building and story telling

The characters are so easy to fall in love with and I’m always a sucker for an emotionless vampire and a gorgeous fae so I was hooked

The dialogue was comforting and flowed really well and the rest of the story was just great
I definitely recommend grabbing the first two books of what I can guess is going to be an amazing series

I received and ARC copy of this book for an honest review, and I really enjoyed this book in the Solstice Witch series, I LOVED the introduction of the Vampires. Of course, Cole lol and I’m so glad that the fmc and her fae man FINALLY talked about their feelings 🤣 *wink wink*
I normally am reading heavier smut novels and this was a nice refresher. It’s not heavy on the sexy scenes, BUT the feelings and tensions are still there. I do wish the battle scenes were giving us more, but I really have enjoyed these books and I cannot wait for book 3!

First off I want to say thank you to Kate for allowing me to have an arc copy of this book.

This book continues Lenna’s story and brings in some new characters as well. We learn more about the vampires and Lenna’s prophecy.

We meet Cole, a vampire who seems to spark a love interest for Lenna.
And we see her relationship with Liam grow.

This book was well written and kept me intrigued. I read it all at once. I couldn’t put it down. There were twists in the book that just kept me wanting more. I’m so sad to have to wait for the next book.

I read this arc in less than 24 hrs, doesn't surprise me at all since it took me less than 24 hrs to read luminous. This was beautifully written. I loved the continuation of this story. I really enjoyed watching Lenna's character development in this book. I found it very refreshing on how things went with finding her mother. All and all I really enjoyed this book. Thank you for the arc copy I really enjoyed this book and can not wait to read more.

I absolutely adored everything about this book. Watching Lenna learn and grow with her magic.

Making unlikely alliances with Faeries and Vampires to seek out the prophecy to bring light and dark together. She spends her days trying to discover the secrets of her past. Can she succeed without sacrificing the ones she cares for most?

I cannot wait to see what comes next for Lenna and her friends.

Reading this hot off the heels of Luminous was a great decision! It truly felt like a continuation of the storyline and it made the adventure so much more enjoyable. I do believe there is more than one cliffhanger featured in this book and I'm curious to see the direction it takes as we find out more information. I truly hope the author is currently writing book 3 because I really need to see where this is going!

I received a free copy of this book and I am leaving an honest review. This is an amazing book. The world expands more from the previous novel and we get to see some new characters and creatures. The main character finds out some very interesting things both about herself and the world around her. The relationships continue to change and deepen. The author has a true skill at pulling a reader into a very vivid world. I can hardly wait for the next adventure. Please join me!

I received an Arc for an honest review. I really enjoyed this book mainly because it had fantasy and really life aspects which helped me connect to the characters better. It was a quick read for me because I could not put it down! The first book of this series was just as good. Not extremely spicy which was okay with me. I do wish battle scenes had a bit more to them but overall great book!
