Initially all that author says is to practise really small easy things which could be done in everyday life without a big hustle. Smiling in the morning while waking up, feeling grateful, meditating and nature gazing.. while reading I felt, I have been doing it all without any effort when I lived a self disciplined lifestyle.. wish I go back to that lifestyle and mindset for a healthier lifestyle. Somewhere in between 5 chapters talk about very similar activity with different purposes which could have been under one chapter in my opinion. Some habits we might already have some definitely needs extra work. The best thing about the book is the author doesn’t complicate anything, just like the book title content is also small, simpler and clear. To be said precisely what to expect, every chapter title clearly states about what habit the author is going to explain, each chapter gives the reason why one should do and potential outcomes for that particular habit and a simple exercise at the end of every chapter which helps the readers to take the information from the book to action. This book is definitely for the one’s struggling to live with healthy lifestyle on a regular basis easily and this book is definitely not for anyone who is already living a self disciplined goal oriented healthy lifestyle.
