I absolutely enjoyed the history!
The book was interesting, and presented in a wonderful way.
There are lots of pictures with interesting little details next to each. Between sections there is a craft page for children, for example how to make a pirate jacket and a flag that can be raised and lowered.

Amazing read! I just wanted to give it a quick glimpse inside, because I love pirates so much, but I guess I've never actually learned this much about them. About their lifes, the dozens of more or less famous individuals, the different kinds of pirates all over the world, the different weapons and ships, the structure and equipment of a ship, how you call all the different sails... this was absolutely awesome!
