This is an introductory business ethics text containing an expanded general introduction on ethical theory, 69 readings, and 23 cases. Divided into five parts, each with an introduction that presents the major themes of its articles and cases, the text contains an impartial, point-counterpoint presentation of different perspectives on the most important issues being debated in business ethics. Each chapter ends with questions that can be used for student discussion, review, tests/quizzes, or for student assignments. Third Edition contains an an updated general bibliography and an entirely new section (Part 5) on the Moral Corporation as well as timely new readings and cases covering concerns such as sexual harassment, AIDS, diversity in the workplace, the environment and international business. The third esition also contains some of the second edition's time-tested classic readings and cases on whistle-blowing, bribery, and pollutions.
