King's second "novel" is a history of the negotiations ending the civil war in Northern Ireland disguised as fiction. It's part political propaganda, part autobiography and part history. Only people who care about the intimate details of the settlement negotiations will enjoy this book and then they'll walk away wondering how much is truth and how much fiction.
