The information itself is interesting, but unfortunately the prose is bland, and it contains more information dumping and less analysis than I would have liked. There were moments here and there of interesting analysis, such as an examination of the success of the burma shave ad campaign, but given the breadth of information that the book was dealing with I would have liked a little more of it to get a greater sense of the significance of all of the factual information I was taking in.
