A very good angelic handbook with excellent meditations. I enjoyed reading it. I could see why people thought the book was difficult to understand only because not very much was explained on the different rays of each angel on the chart but overall it’s very much worth reading. It’s 4.5 stars for me. In would definitely read another book by this author. She’s very informative about Angels.
My review of this originally appeared on Amazon.com in 1997. I no longer believe in angels. When this review came out, Jane Howard Feldman (then known as Jane M. Howard) emailed me to rip me a new one, and then apologized. I have half a mind to email her (if she's still alive) and let her know that now I have a book out (albeit an eBook) just to let her have a crack at trashing mine. Fair's fair:
I Swapped This Book for a Saddle Club Book
Cloying, self-indulgent biography mainly as opposed to a "Handbook". Angels are just murky little pop Christianity-spouting blips of light all throughout the book. Her versions of angels clash with what angelogists and almost all sacred texts say--and after reading it, you can't really side with her angels. You hope to God they don't exist. Of course, I haven't read this book in years because I traded it away--perhaps I've forgotten half of it, as it is not a book one would care to remember, except as a book to avoid.
I can't remember which Saddle Club book I got in exchange for this.
