" Living as a Solitary Wiccan, Further Enhancing your faith, is one of the basic books about Wicca. This book is based on the living as a Solitary Wiccan, and goes through important things about the religion of Wicca. Some of the topics that this book â Beliefs â Rituals â Tools â Sabbats â Esbats â The Deities â And more! This is a guide to help all the Solitary Wiccans further enhance their faith within the religion of Wicca."
Another very basic beginner's book. My only warning for those wanting to read it is...it is very short. VERY. I would not go out and buy this one...borrow it from a friend or look it up in the library. Less than 50 pages is not worth buying in my opinion. The chapter on prayer was something I had not come across before. Most new-Wiccan books devote some time to a list of common Gods and Goddesses and to the understanding of "All Gods are One God...All Goddesses one Goddess" but then they go on to focus on the spell-work part of the religion. This book...more like a pamphlet...at least gets across the understanding that Wicca is a religion. The whole book can be read in 20 minutes. For more thorough introductions I would go to Cunningham's Wicca: a Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, or even Silver RavenWolf's Solitary Witch...it is at least much more detailed. Arin Murphy Hiscock's Solitary Wicca For Life. There are much better and more in-depth books.
