Besides dating itself (mid 90s) with a reference to Bo Jackson, this is a good and easy read. It is probably more a jumping off point than an in-depth study. The chapters are short, straight forward, and concise. If you wonder how the Bible speaks to suffering and recovery from suffering, though, read this first.
