This was the first workout book my Mom bought me in high school. I was a freshman. This book was important; it outlined the basics of successful weightlifting.

It is a really amazing book if you love oldschool Bodybuilding. You learn everything you need without making it too complicated

great book. I really appreciated all of the exercise variations with stance and hand positions. invaluable resource for getting the most of my at-home workouts.
