I write for those of you who either have children or teens or work with them.

My books cover all aspects of children's lives, their emotional and mental wellbeing, offering ways to help them feel happier, more empowered and in tune with themselves. I help them understand better how they think, what they want and know that they have choices.

My books help parents, teachers and coaches to parent in a way that will make families calmer, happier and more connected. I show how neuro linguistic programming can improve communication, motivation, confidence and resilience. I introduce you to techniques and exercises to help shift limiting beliefs and believe in yourself as a parent such that your kids will listen to to you.

I introduce you to emotional freedom technique for finding calm in the storm of life, easing pain, frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety and loneliness so that you have a skill to help your kids.

I received this book for free via GoodReads First Reads giveaways.

This is a book to dip into rather than read from cover to cover. It gives a different perspective on parenting, and tips on how to look at how you think as a parent. I much prefer this book to some of the very prescriptive parenting books out there (e.g. they MUST have a nap at this exact time, etc)

Received through Goodreads First Reads. Lovely book on parenting that helps you to be a better parent by understanding your child's way of thinking. Not something to read in one go, better to dip in and out of and refer back to when needed.

I found this book to be a great way of getting a better understanding of how my child thinks and how to build a better relationship as a mother. very informative without being patronising.
