We just bought this and it was a little more advanced than we are used to. We thought we'd be okay with taking the next step, but suddenly we are putting irish moss and steel wool into our cayenne pepper beer, and if we want to brew an ESB we are going to have to "mash" for sixty to ninety minutes! Lot's of great recipes though.

A lot of cool recipes. Some give you ideas of what you can do beyond the boxed ingredients. I've based some of my originals on some of these.
