About the author

I write for those of you who either have children or teens or work with them.

My books cover all aspects of children's lives, their emotional and mental wellbeing, offering ways to help them feel happier, more empowered and in tune with themselves. I help them understand better how they think, what they want and know that they have choices.

I introduce you to techniques and exercises to help shift limiting beliefs and believe in yourself as a parent such that your kids will listen to to you.

I introduce you to emotional freedom technique for finding calm in the storm of life, easing pain, frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety and loneliness so that you have a skill to help your kids.

Both my parents are teachers and this breath of fresh air reinforces some of the key reasons people go in to the profession. Excellent.
