This self-help book was truly helpful. Instead of focusing on all my problems, it helps you to see what's right in your life. It's all positive things. I learned things about myself through exercises. I found out that my symbol of success was my photography at SPAO's Exhibition No.6, that my symbol is a notebook, the truth from writing with my non-dominant hand, people that truly care about me, my celebrity look-a-likes, what i liked about my body, my superhero self, my sexual self, my real resume, my affirmations and my own inquiry exercises. I enjoyed the journaling process this book has to offer and would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their confidence.
