Aimed at high school level. Probably too much focus on "how I want to worship" and not enough on "what are spiritually beneficial ways to worship," but I found it very interesting.

This reference-style book is simple, and laid out well, but falls short in many ways. First, the writer tries too hard to be casual/conversational, often having the book coming off more like a journal entry than a full-fledged book. Second, the quizzes in the first portion try to "guide" you towards a category of denomination but they are composed with biased answers based less on doctrine and more on personal "preference". Third, there is a lot of repetitive information concerning the different denominations and covers more surface level differences rather than the core doctrines separating them. Finally, the book is a little dated, and leaves out other big denominations in the Church today.

This book had a lot of churches and a lot of information on each one, like, history, Statement of Faith, beliefes, unique characteristics. It was a great help. They also included some quizes to see where you stand.
