Your first love is never guaranteed to be your forever love, but if you were given one last chance, would you take it?
Willow Clemons and Fletcher Abbott have been best friends since they were five. They've shared secrets, been dance partners, and were each other's first love. Their lives were on the path to forever - until a shocking betrayal split them apart.
On the eve of Willows wedding, a chance encounter brings back the memory of the boy who stole her heart, and the feelings she's tried desperately to deny. As the past resurfaces, Willow has a choice to give the man who broke her heart one final chance, or live the rest of her life wondering what if.
Speak Now was a light, quick and fun read which I'm glad to have picked up. Although far from perfect, I connected with the characters and found the plot to be interesting. I wouldn't say it's the most captivating book I've ever read, it's predictable and cheesy at times, but I'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a way to pass the time.
I couldn't put my bookmark back in it. I had to finish it. I was reminded of my first crush, my first kiss, my first love, my forever love, and "Our Song."
