Alyssa I should have been worried about not flubbing up my first day as an intern in NASA’s undergraduate program for planetary research. Instead, I was terrified of which alien prisoner I was bought to pleasure first. Anyone but the silver male they called the Berserker. He terrified me the most. Drekkor Stolen from the Trisess Forest on my home world by little gray freaks, I was sold, then forced to fight in an arena for the pleasure of others. Losing was a death sentence. As a seasoned warrior of Valose, I had the fighting skills to keep myself alive no matter what monster they pitted against me. To the chagrin of my jailers, none stood a chance. Then she was tossed into my cage, a curvy distraction they thought would soften me. Instead, she triggered a biological response that should not be possible. That a female of another species could breathe life into my ancillary heart seemed impossible, but the adrenalyne that pumped through my veins might be the fuel I needed to rescue us both.
Written in first person by Iona Strom, SILVER STRANGER is the 12th book in Warriors of Valose Saga, and switches perspectives between the Valosian alien Drekkor of Clan Trisess and his human spirit mate Alyssa Murray.
Valosians resembled elves in human folklore, with long white hair and pointed pronounced ears, but with fangs and camouflaged scales instead of skin.
Seventy-two year old Drekkor was abducted by the Gretolics before the first book of this series, and therefore, had no idea of the events that took place on his home planet of Valose (over the course of the last 11 books). Drekkor was a warrior for the Trisess Clan, taken to a prison on small moon called Onis which orbited a world called Xont, forced to fight to the death in a gladiator pit under the name "Berserker," before Warden Hyt had Alyssa thrown in Drekkor's cell as an attempt to weaken him before his fight against a Wetokian. Big mistake because Alyssa was Drekkor's spirit mate, who activated his ancillary heart, which made him stronger, faster and more resilient.
Alyssa Murray was from Genoa, Nevada, an undergraduate studying planetary science at Berkley, and was about to be an intern for NASA before she was abducted by the Gretolics in her sleep and sold on Tirius to Warden Hyt as a reward/prize for the winning gladiators.
I love everything about the Valosians and their spirit mates. Their spirits coalescing for the first time during intercourse is magical and romantic. However, I am still confused about the triangle shaped ridges at the base of the Valosian cock. "When I reached the width of his base, my fingers teased a row of triangular-shaped flaps. To my delight, they raised like erogenous flags ready to tease my swollen clit." Are they like the arrow buttons on a remote control, pointing towards the head? Or is it more like the spikes down a stegosaurus' back, only triangular? Are they thick or thin? How high do they raise? How many are there? This book described them as "a row of bumps running along the top of his length like a spine," and "triangular flaps at the base of his cock, erect and rubbing against me in just the right spot." 12 books and I still don't know how to visualize these damn triangular flaps. I need a detailed drawing Iona. 🫣😂 Anyway, I digress. Alyssa had sex once before meeting Drekkor, but the guy supposedly ran out mid-fuck with absolutely zero explanations. Using the information we were given, I surmised that the guy realized he was taking her virginity and freaked out, not wanting the emotional baggage that typically accompanied such a milestone. Psh. Immature college boys. 🙄
So after Drekkor beat the Wetokian, the Warden separated him from Alyssa as punishment and gave her to a new prisoner, which happened to be a Nomadican named Ruze. We first met Ruze in the last book as a prisoner on a Thrushian Pleasure Cruiser along with Alexxon and Breena. The group escaped the cruiser together, during an attack from a Wetokian Destroyer, but Ruze had to take a different escape pod, separating him from his clov mates Elizabeth and Mehr. Ruze's pod got caught by the gravitational field on a remote world called Neptus. There, he stole a Moktian ship from a pirate named Navik, then traveled to Hyose where a Yulineon patroller scanned his Moktian ship as stolen and transported Ruze to the prison without due process.
Ruze orchestrated yet another prison break, saving both Alyssa and Drekkor, plus all the other females. They opened the cells for the remaining male prisoners, giving them a chance to make their own escape. The group flew to a planet called Lure, and that's where this book ended. I had hoped to see Drekkor returned safely to Valose, and maybe see Ruze reunited with his clov mates, but it wasn't meant to be. Hopefully, we will get to see their happy ending in the next book.
I guess this series is worth the read if this genre of books is in your wheelhouse. It has the perfect balance of adventure and romance so long as you are able to follow the confusing plot in the background. 😇🫶 There are so many side stories and spinoffs that it can be difficulty to remember details from prior books (which is the main reason I bother writing thorough reviews; it's more for myself so I can go back and read the highlights when a new book gets released😜).

Like it got better but I really am tired of all these characters being introduced and we have people on the ground that haven’t been. Give me more of the other aliens.
This was a brilliant book that had me on the edge hoping it all turns out and staying up late to find out. Alyssa is a human that was an undergraduate program for NASA and wakes up kidnapped and is on a Moon Prison planet where she is the pleasure prize for the aliens Gladiators that win the fights in the pits. And now resigned to her fate as a sex slave all she hopes is that she doesn’t get picked by the Berserker but the other girls tell me that he never takes a female and because he wins all of his fights they are safe. Drekkor is a Valose warrior from the Trisess Forest Clan and was taken from his home by the Gretolics who had invaded the world and they crashed landed as well with heaps of human females on board but they where saved by Sia Jakkar of Clan Huren and now a female has been thrown into his cell and upon looking at the frightened female his second Ancillary Heart starts to beat and that only happens when it’s your Fated Mate but how can that be she is human but Drekkor knows that it is the truth and he must protect her from everyone. When a strange alien gives Alyssa some healing balm to help her mate she is scared at first but takes it to help Drekkor and then he Ruze promises to help them escape. How does it all turn out do they escape and if so do the save the others as well. To get these answers and so much more I would recommend this book and the others in the series so far. Loved it
As ever, Ms Strom has created a story full to bursting with action, adventure, and romance. I am a huge fan of this series which just gets better. I am in awe of her imagination, and the level of detail is simply astonishing.
Already terrified beyond measure, when Alyssa is tossed into the cage of the alien they call the Berserker as some kind of trophy, she fears for her life. Furious at being stolen from Valose by the grey freaks, Drekkor's focus is on staying alive... which means killing every opponent he is pitted against in the arena.
Initially uninterested in the fragile human woman, Drekkor is stunned when, against all the odds, it seems she is his mate. Impossible... yet... they longer the are incarcerated together, the more obvious it becomes and, Alyssa cannot deny the strange attraction.
Before they can explore this unexpected twist of fate, they must escape. Question is how... and who can they trust? Ohhhhh... this story is fast paced, riveting... and deliciously swoonworthy!
The stolen warriors of Valose are now being found. Drekkor , one minute her was out hunting with a fellow warrior the next he was waking up in some sort of hellish prison forced to fight for The amusement of a greedy overlord. He doesn't want to kill for entertainment all he wants to do is go home. Alyssa science ence student on the fast track to NASA goes to bed one night and wakes up into a nightmare, the prisoner and prize to be won after a fight to the death. Two beings that want nothing but to escape find each other in the depths of this hell. They become each others safe place and beacon of hope. As danger surrounds them new allies are made and a daring escape planned hatched. Read to see if the love that y share is destined for eternity or will it be lost in the stars. Great story highly recommend💖🌟💖🌟🌟💖💖🌟🌟💖💖🌟🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟
Alyssa, escapes the hands of one slimy beast on the auction block, just to get thrown inside a cage with the fighter known as Berserker. Could it be a fate worse than death?
Silver Stranger is an adventure packed, sci-fi romance at it's best. The chemistry between Drekkor and Alyssa is fire! And once she realizes he's not going to harm her and is planning an escape of his own, she's on board. Little does she know that the pull between her and her Silver Stranger would seal her fate forever!
The Warriors of Valose is a must-read, one click series for all lovers of steamy Sci-Fi romance.
I'm a little behind with the previous 2 books still to read. This has been a great series with wonderful characters and we are blessed with two more in this story. This time it is Alyssa and Drekkor's story. Their story has everything you desire, with adventure, action, emotions as their relationship grows. Yet another great couple in this fantastic series. I now need to grab the last two books to add to my collection. :D I was lucky to receive an ARC copy of this latest book in the series, and always, only too happy to review. It is always great to delve back into this world and reading stories on new characters.
Oh this was a great book, slightly different from the others, but had perfect interaction with a previous book. I know this is getting close to the end of the books available. I sincerely hope that in future books that each of the Warriors mentioned in these books find their way home and especially find the mates that has been lost to them by interference and not by death.
Abducted from Earth and sold to a prison moon, Alisha has nothing to look forward to but being some alien male’s sexual prize. Fortunately for her the silver alien she’s given to recognizes her as his fated mate and will do anything to keep her safe. It was a good story with action and some steamy scenes. I really enjoyed it.
I love that we still get out silver warriors but now we are finding out the fate of the ones that were taken. This one brings us Drekkor also known as the Berserker. He fights to live but when one female becomes part of his life he will fight even harder to keep her safe. The story has lots of action, adventure and danger. The romance is sweet as he would do anything for her.
Fantastic Alien Romance! I loved Alyssa and Drekkor’s story! Both were taken captive and ended up together where they belonged! Silver Stranger was full of danger, action, exciting rescues, new friends and steamy sexiness! I couldn’t put it down! I can’t wait for the next Warriors of Valose book!
I love this series can't wait for the next book. I wish you would do more books on the Nomadican Mates and not just snippets of them in the Warriors of Valose series.
Fun storyline, continues the saga of the Valose warriors that disappeared and seeing their journey is interesting and fits with the storyline. IonaStrom does a wonderful job in the world she has created. I’m so glad she decided to share with the rest of us.

I enjoy reading these stories of far off worlds and odd aliens. The warriors of Valose are so strong and honorable. This installment doesn't fail as it provides action, excitement and plenty of steamy romance!
I loved everything about this series!! Each story got more and more intense. I love these types of stories and would recommend them to anyone who loves reading about alien and human loves. I can't wait to read more from Iona Strom.
In a prison after being captured and sold, Drekkor has found his spirit mate, Alyssa. Escaping is the only way to freedom. With the help of a new friend, a Nomadican, they do get away!
This was okay, it states Saga 12 and it’s the first one I read in this Series. I liked Drekkor and Alyssa, but the ending felt rushed and incomplete to me.
I can't wait for the next book to find out all is going to play out. Enjoyed very much how this book continues with book 11 and brought back mix the 2 species in one book. It was so cool and love all the action!!!!💜💜💜💜💜👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👐
I did not liked this book. They are held by those aliens and he has to fight against others. He wind and with help from a stranger they escape easy.. Not my cup of tea.
