Bhisti Incorporated has finally received government approval to introduce their hydrogen cell fuel to the world – they have perfected the process that allows vehicles to run on water. The upcoming announcement, though, has angered the bio-fuel world, and some of them would stop at nothing to prevent Bhisti from moving ahead. Virginia Darnell is ready for them.
