Wow! Talk about a schizophrenic book! None of the countless characters are developed, the message changes from liberal to conservative with the turn of a page, and every single person in the book is over ambitious. I mean who the hell wants to build 5 desks in 6 hours and 15 minutes??? Perhaps I'm just lazy... but seriously... I found the book to be a terrible study guide, at best. Where as the test practice questions leading up to the tests are clear, and succinct, the practice tests are horribly inconsistent! There are some math questions that use incorrect signs (like question marks and "" instead of traditional signs) and reading questions that offer 3 reasonable answer (and if you are unfortunate enough to pick the wrong answer, the best explanation offered is, "it was a good choice but not the best". Thanks for clarifying!). I have also heard that the questions offered by Kaplan are much more difficult than that on the actual test. I will update if pass or fail and if that last statement rings true.
Update: passed both reading and math today. Do not buy this book, it is not a clear representation of what is actually on the test. In style or questions.
