This test preparation book includes six full-length exams with detailed explanations based on official exams released by the administrator of the GRE in Mathematics. Knowledge of algebra, calculus, and introductory real variable theory is tested. Includes a comprehensive review of mathematics topics found on the exam. For mathematics students bound for graduate school.
I don't recommend this. The problems just aren't closely aligned with the actual test. Some of them are way too difficult or time consuming. Some of them are just not relevant, on topics that would never appear on the actual test, like game theory.
There are some good questions, but a lot of typos and a fair bit of plainly wrong questions. There are a few questions on topics which might not turn up (Game theory and Laplace transform), but overall there are enough reasonable questions. I rate it with two stars because in some tests there are 10 questions which are ruined by typos and wrong answers (!)
