If you like chicken, this is the cookbook for you.

The book is structured into the following chapters: "Soups, Appetizers & Salads" "Lunch & Light Meals" "Hearty Dishes" "Noodles & Pasta" "Rice." So far I tried the "Chicken noodle soup" (not your traditional version) and "Spanish chicken with preserved lemons:" they both came out so well that I prepared them several times.

The pictures give you a good idea of what to expect (even though not too many ideas of how to plate the food) and the print is large. The directions were always straightforward and I found no gaps so far.

As a rule, the recipes from this particular publisher seem to be somehow flavorless and you you might need to increase the amount of spices. But this book offers a large variety of excellent starting-point recipes.

One of the best cookbooks, ever! The book is very well laid out. The book has great photos and there are additional thumbnail photos, showing mixing and/or cooking steps. The ingredients are on the side of the page, separate from the directions and easy to quickly view. Directions are very clear. Unlike a clutter of words, any part of the recipe is easily detected without concentrating and searching the page. Another great quality, is the hardback book is constructed to lays open flat on any given page.
