Isn't it odd how MUCH tastes change in what you enjoy reading as you get older? I sure find it has for me. I have always kept books I really liked & gave away those I didn't. I first read this book in '98 when it came out & really liked it. When I read it again now in 2011, all I could think was "why on earth did I keep this book all these years?" It was awful.
