Αύριο είναι Χριστούγεννα

Τα Χριστούγεννα για την μικρή Αλίκη είναι μια απόλαυση. Διαλέγει με την μαμά της το Χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο και το στολίζει με τον μπαμπά της. Όμως, υπάρχουν και οι μικροί της φίλοι, τα κουκλάκια της, με αυτά μαζί φτιάχνει στολίδια για το σπίτι και γλύκα με τα χεράκια της. Όταν όμως έρχεται ο Αϊ-Βασίλης και αφήνει ένα σωρό δώρα για την Αλίκη, οι φίλοι της στεναχωριούνται γιατί νομίζουν ότι αυτά δεν τα θυμήθηκε ο Αϊ-Βασίλης. Αλλά, μάλλον κάνουν λάθος. Καλά Χριστούγεννα, κουκλάκια.

Despite being an adult, I love children's picture books both for the delightful stories and the outstanding illustrations. Board books usually bore me but this one is wonderful! While it is a basic story of the activities of Christmas eve, it is a great book to remind young children of Christmas. The illustrations by Marie H. Henry are just outstanding and turn a classic holiday story into a winner!

A cute story about a family's excitement and preparations for Christmas and how a girl's pretend toy friends sneak downstairs and almost get caught by Santa. I don't love how the end is all about ALL the presents the girl gets and the toys wondering if there is anything for them. It honestly ruined the story a little for me.

Cute little story about a little girl named Juliette who shares her Christmas experience with her stuffed animal friends. Not recommended for a read aloud, but still a fun story with beautiful illustrations. Definitely a good read for those of us who treated our animals like they were alive. :)

This is a sweet Christmas story to share with your little ones during the holidays. The illustrations were my favorite parts! The characters had such expression and personality, which really brought the story and the excitement of Christmas to life.

A very "vanilla" story of a little girl and her parents preparing for Christmas. The little girl's stuffed animals are participants. Nothing unique or even engaging about the story.

It's a little early for Christmas but my son picked it out at the library, he has the spirit year round :).

Juliette's toys makes this Christmas tale magical. Beautifully illustrated.
