A really good book to put together a program of stretching. Mostly instructions - not a lot of general info.

Well organized; while I didn’t learn much new information, I thought this was a good reference. It shows photographs on black and white and provides information about the specific area targeted. I might check this out again as another review when I need a little motivation to shake up my stretching routines.

This is basic information about stretching. Of the three functions that help the body — cardio, resistance, and stretching — stretching is my weakest link.

This book was valuable enough for me to buy my own copy. The instructions and photographs are clear, and the cautions (do not do this if you have bad knees) are helpful.

enjoyed a few new and several old familiar stretches; always great to stretch out the body after age of 50, 60, 70+ - like the way she has organized by various body sections.

Really made for older people. I'm 57, and fell that these stretches are for people who are less mobile than myself.

Makes a good case for doing a stretching routine and provides instructions for head to toe stretches arranged into programs.
