Not really a fan of the book. It is called The DHEA Breakthrough not the The Diet Breakthrough. In 90% of the book the author is talking about life style and diet. I guess there isn't much to say about DHEA that would warrent a book.
I’m not sure why DHEA isn’t more at the forefront of the health industry today. The author explains that it’s not a profit maker. The information in the book is excellent, and I’ve started using the plan myself.
This book was really insightful and gave me new knowledge about my health and what I need to do to stay healthy in my later years and now. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially to those who are looking to take their health more seriously.
