I never expected to inherit a mysterious, haunted-looking inn. So I definitely never imagined that inn would lead me into a whole multiverse called the Grymm. Now, I carry the ancient keys to all sorts of different realms, and it turns out, there’s an endless amount of money to be made in inter-world trade. No one ever said navigating a magical multiverse would be easy, though. The Grymm is a deadly place, where gorgeous women are bound to lives of servitude and salesmanship, and nothing is ever as innocent as it seems. But having a highly coveted Venturer’s badge on my chest sure seems to be my ticket to riches, glory, and exotic women with magic powers beyond my wildest dreams.
This book is a bunch of WOKE nonsense. The writer writes a story where there are slaves Basically slaves are called they are in servitude instead.... Add all the main character does is wine about it you know there is a saying that when in Rome you should do as the romans do and when you are in a location you know nothing about and you've only been there for like a day or 2 you don't all the sudden want to start trying to change their culture or tradition. The story was just not believable because he you have someone who just falls into another world and yeah we get that he's a nerd but when you fall into another world and you have no idea what's going on you.... Do not all of a sudden get involved in domestics. And then are idiot main character purchases the slave and then has a moral dilemma about having a slave when he has nothing about their culture or anything he can't even have the courage or bravery to treat her correctly but still understand she is a slave. I mean give us all a break this is supposed to be a fantasy novel just let it be you know if you wanna be a social justice warrior on your own time. I mean we get it males are bad women are all good yada yada yada..... It is so much liberal nonsense garbage that it makes me want to puke.
Not really a surprise, but Eric Vall has done it again. I have to admit that I'm a little jealous of all the different ideas he comes up with! As always, great storytelling, fun characters, and you can already see that there is a ton of potential here! Enjoy!
Story boils down to a guy wandering through a few different fantasy cultures. The ideas are fresh & original enough that I had a blast, reading & walking alongside him, eyes open with wonder.
I hope the sequel continues to show them interacting with Earth. Finding the strange in the mundane, in ways only an outsider would see.
I love reading Eric Vall's book, and it's not very often I find a series written by him I don't like. Magi Girls of the Multiverse is no exception. It starts with inheriting an old in on America's haunted house trail that has its own few secrets, which Sam quickly figures out and snowballs into loads of fun, adventure and exotic locations to explore and gorgeous magical women to help him build a cross dimensional trade empire.
This is going to be one wild ride and I look forward to more!
Eric Call does it again! Great story, interesting characters & just enough sex (but not overpowering the quality of the story). First he builds a good, reasonable storyline. He then populates it with an enjoyable MC. Then he brings in good supporting characters. Finally he adds in the sex. So, if you read harem lit just for the sex, then this won't be your cup of tea. But, if you like an enjoyable, well thought out story, that builds up to the sex, you might just enjoy this book. As far as I can recall, I've never had a bad read from this author and I wasn't disappointed this time either. (Except now I'm going to have to wait until the next story comes out ... eventually!)
I really liked this book. A lot! It was so good that I read it in one sitting. The chivalry that Sam, the main character, showed was great to read. I grew up with the same ideals. Also, to see that women he has in his life, appreciate it too. The intake cu drove me nuts. It's what every man dreams of.
While I have read several books that are about transporting back and forth between worlds or dominions. I don't remember any that told about the characters being able to transport goods with them. The characters and scenes are vividly described, as are the goods that are being exchanged.
To avoid spoilers, I won't quote it, but I promise you will know it when you see it. It is the best "what the heck is my life" explainations ever. Great start of a new series I hope!!!
Not a bad start to a new book, got fantasy people and lots of markets for selling. Able to travel to different realms by a inn door portal and make gold in supplying goods that are needed.
This was a fantastic read with engaging and fun characters! The adventure they are on really moves as you will find yourself devouring the pages! I eagerly await the next one!
This was a fun read. More of a slice of life story then big action and world saving goals. More adventures and being a merchant that goes to other realms. Looking forward to the next book.
Adventure, plot, people, sex, getting better, futures, fast, no miss spelled, Danger , fun, planning , read in one night, started and chected time was 5 AM?, an over-nighter.
Ok I was a little worried this was just gonna be another book about sex with very little story. Boy was I wrong the story advanced fine. The book is well written the story line is thought out well enough all around a very enjoyable read.
Eric Vall is one of my top favorites in this genre of literature. Technically proficient and highly talented. His characters are relatable and the settings imaginative. I really liked this one. Please more!
Amazing first book I found this to be quite different from other similar stories but the MC is believable and not over the top with great powers etc , cannot wait for the next book thanks Eric keep up the great work
This is my favourite Eric vall book so far. I have read quite a few. The characters were very fun. The story was different from what he has written before. I hope we see a lot more of this story to come.
I enjoyed reading this book. It was fun and entertaining. The story and characters were interesting and engaging. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next. This one is definitely worth checking out.
Sam inherits an in where the different rooms are connected to other realms, and discovers he can make a fortune selling crap. Then he starts rescuing women with magic powers who are in danger.
This book is very interesting. I like how Sam saved Kaz. And how much they depend on each other. Very well written with a good story arc. I look forward to book 2.
I really like Eric Vall series' and this one is very good! Great adventure, characters and lots of action with of course, gold! Stir in a little magic and this is a very entertaining story you will wish you could step into!
So many options and different places to explore. I am extremely excited to see where Mr. Vall takes this series. This is a superb story and has so much potential. The characters are fantastic and so easy to support.
Love the premise, execution, and balance. Got to the end and was disappointed it was over. Glad I don’t have to wait for a volumes 2-7 to be written and released and hope volume 7 is nowhere near the end of the story. Can easily see 20k+ pages of content in this universe. I just hope the ending doesn’t feel rushed like The Alpha.
An unexpected inheritance opens a whole new world, or should I say worlds for Sam. After rescuing Kaz from a cruel merchant they are exploring the realms and cashing in! Now with Pres things are certainly looking up!
Really delved into the storyline and it was a different premise than I've read before. Story keeps reader's attention and is a hard book to put down. I read several books simultaneously and always anxious to return to this one.
Author realy..no i mean..REALLY..needs to remove the word "smirk" from his vocabulary. Dude..seriously..smirk this, smirk that...holy hanna. Learn a new word!
Definitely into this one and here’s hoping it goes for while definitely ready to see where this goes and who’s the big bad if there is one and all the different world
