I really loved all of the Italian history and the sense of place the author created. The beginning and end were trite and/or sappy but there still were many parts I enjoyed. A fun read.

This isn't exaclty my favorite genre, but I was willing to give it a chance. It was okay...just kind-of iffy for me.

Very different book. Starts off very cheesy and rom-com formulaic. Evens with much more heart than I expected and a very surprise ending. The ending hints at a book #2 but with a messy plot line, I'll be interested to see what she does with it. I think when she lets herself go she is a very talented writer but she starts off very stiff and boring. Overall, recommend for the last half of the book.

"But life isn't in the 'if onlys'. Life is here and now, the present moment, with its smorgasbord of pains and pleasures. 'If only' leads to nowhere. It strands you on the outskirts of life, leaves you clinging to the past and trying to rewrite the future." -Swan Adamson

You have nailed my heart, Swan. Although it is a pity that Marcello died a bit too soon for my taste. I would love to know about what would happen to Giovanni since his takeover of the Brunelli Empire.

Confessions of A Pregnant Princess by Swan Adamson started out rough and somewhat cheesy, but less than midway through I was totally hooked, and by the end I could scarcely put it down! Guess I should look into My Three Husbands: In the search for Mr. Right, the third time's the charm, her 1st novel.

This was a pretty cute book. The beginning starts out pretty comical. By the end it turned out to be a bit of an Italian soap opera though, which was not my favorite. The last part of the book got really serious, and extremely far fetched. Overall, I would say that it was ok, not great.

This is the second book in this series and I loved it. You can really see how the main character has grown as a person. This book was a bit sad, I cried at a few spots and at the end I cried quite a bit. Sad ending or not I would still reccommend this book.

This book was fun because most of it took place in Italy. However, there were some very odd plot twists. I liked it and it was a fun read, but not a new favorite. If you can speak Italian or have been to Italy, you will probably enjoy it.

I loved the book! I read it in 3 days and last night at 2:30 am, I was balling... It was sad in the end mostly, but I loved the whole book! From beginning to end.
