I've been a big fan of Wallpaper city guides ever since their Istanbul instalment persuaded me to visit that majestic cosmopolis. Before long I was living and working there too. I guess it changed my life. Compact and well designed these guides give you pointers on trendy cafes and hidden cultural gems you might otherwise miss. This book has only sharpened my resolve to get to China soon. Hong Kong looks exciting!! And tall. SIMON
