The trends seem to promote the idea of be yourself, love yourself, focusing on one's own gains, however, the idea of respecting authorities, family, and others for they are human are so ignored. The book reminds as to how honoring God, people brings blessings into our lives.
By looking at the title of book, I expected that the book is about how wives respect husband, while the author talked about how husband respects wives - as co-heir & partner of God's reward, how parents respect their children and how we should respect the government leaders because God has given all those authorities and rules all over us. Thank you for the spiritual insights & gems in this book.
