This Zits treasury combines strips from Thrashed and Pimp My Lunch, meaning fans can once again enjoy such Zits classic moments as the joys of instant messaging and the proper way to apply deodorant.
I am a long time fan of the Zits comic strip, and I much enjoyed this compilation! A high quality volume chock full of amusing and wonderful Zits strips. Personally I prefer the comics in sequential volumes but Zits veered away from the traditional format to these more thematical volumes and I guess it's okay! Some strips would benefit from more before and after context but overall any fan of the series will love this book!
So good to get back in the world of Zits! I went through this whole book in one sitting, more or less. Warm-hearted and funny, this was a very satisfying trip down memory lane.
A Zits Treasury 05: The Crack of Noon by Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman (Andrews McMeel Publishing 2006) (741.56973) is hilarious too! My rating: 7/10, finished 4/5/11.
This comic is so great! It's brutality honest and that's what makes it funny. These strips have been good therapy for me and my parents, helping us understand each other.
